Accessing Your User Account
There are two ways to access your user account settings:
- Navigate to User → Own user account in the main menu.
- Click on your Username in the top right corner, then select Edit account.
From here, you can:
- Update your address data and security question under User data.
- Change your password using the Password menu item.
Personal Preferences
To adjust your personal settings, click on the User menu and select Personal preferences. You can customize various aspects of your Survey experience:

Time Zone Settings
You can set your preferred time zone, which will be used throughout the entire software:
Setting Your Time Zone
- Go to Options → Personal Settings → Common Settings
- Choose a time zone by either:
- Selecting it on the map
- Clicking the Detect time zone button for automatic detection
Important notes about time zone settings:
- The selected time zone will be applied across the entire software.
- Data export and service layer will continue to use UTC/GMT for technical reasons.

How do I change my password?
To change your password, access your user account settings and select the Password menu item. Follow the prompts to set a new password.
Can I change the language of the interface?
Yes, you can change the language in the Personal preferences under Common settings. Select your preferred language from the available options.
How does changing my time zone affect my projects?
