Creating a Dashboard

To create a dashboard using Dashboard neo, follow these steps:

  1. Access the Tivian Dashboards neo module from your survey project menu.
  2. Navigate to the Configuration neo menu.
  3. Select the questions you want to include in the dashboard.
  4. Choose a theme color scheme (Tivian, Neutral, or Red-green diverging).
  5. Click on “Create dashboard”.

Your dashboard will be immediately created and displayed in the Dashboard neo menu.

Configuring Filters

After creating a dashboard, you can configure filters to refine the data displayed:

Setting Up Filters

  1. Go to the Configuration neo menu.
  2. Select the Filter tab.
  3. Choose variables to use as filters from Survey variables or Participant variables.
  4. Click Save.

Adding Filters to the Dashboard

  1. Switch to the Dashboard neo menu.
  2. Click on “Add filter”.
  3. Select the variable and filter criterion from the drop-down menus.

As soon as a filter has been applied, it is displayed above the Add filter option. If you want to remove it again, simply click on the purple X symbol.

Changing the Language

  2. Select the desired language from the language drop-down menu.
  3. The language will be updated immediately.

To share your dashboard with stakeholders:

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard neo menu.
