Introduction

Content headers are organizational tools that allow you to place a collection of content under them. By including content headers, you can create a categorized content experience for your viewers. If you have a Virtual Benefits Fair Communicate Journey, for example, you can use content headers for subjects like Dental Benefits and Commuter Benefits, and then place all of the pieces of content relevant to those subjects, under those content headers.

Adding a content header

Adding content headers to your content experience is a similar process to adding a piece of content.

  1. Start in the Experience section of your Communicate Journey.
  2. Under the Add area at the top, click Content header.

4. Include the title for your content header. Be sure to include a title that encompasses the content that will live under this content header.

Tip

Tivian recommends a short, clear title that helps employees to understand exactly what it is.

5. Upload the image or thumbnail that the content header will represent. This image will act as a thumbnail for the content header and will be displayed within the content experience.

6.  Under Location, go to the Parent tab and select the piece of content that this content header will live under.

Note

If the content header is the first asset you upload to a Communicate Journey it will be the anchor of your Communicate Journey’s content. All additional content headers and content will be linked to it.

7.  Click Add.

Analytics

You can gain deeper insight into the engagement of your content header in the same way you would view analytics for a piece of content. Go to the Analytics section of your Communicate Journey and look for the content header icon:
