Logging in and working with your CXI account

Set up your user account

  • You will receive an email with user account login instructions. Check your junk mailbox if you do not receive this email. You will be guided through the steps to set up your login name and password.
  • Once you have Communicate XI access, make sure to bookmark app.guidespark.com for easier future access to your account.
  • Review the Getting Started Checklist to make sure your company meets the necessary technical requirements to successfully use CXI.
    • You may need to have your IT team approve the CXI domains in order to allow employee access when using your corporate network.

Once you have logged into CXI, the first thing you will see is your dashboard. If you have team access to any Communicate Journeys, they will appear on this page.

Clicking on one of your Communicate Journeys will take you to the Campaign section where you will manage your journey.

Reset your password

If you need to reset your password, follow these steps:

  1. Enter your email in the log in screen and click Next.

2. Click on the Forgot password? link on the bottom. (If you instead receive a “Could not find your user account” error, please check the spelling of your email address or click on Create account in order to create an account.)

4. Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions.
